Product Shipment

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days. (Except for pre-sale products).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We're doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience! Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours. If your tracking information has not been updated within 5 business days, please contact hello@ehaho.com. If you haven't received the email, check your spam or junk email folder or contact us.
Shipment Carriers: Our current primary shipping carriers are UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon Logistics.
If you track the number in the tracking system without any results, it means the carrier has not yet updated the parcel information. In that situation, you might need to wait two more days until the database is updated by logistics companies.

Due to different warehouses and out of stock, your order may be separated into several packages. Normally, packages will be delivered in 5 days, please wait the rest of packages patiently, If you still haven't received the rest packages after schedule time, please kindly feel free to contact us to ask for the detail.
